TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE (Summary)

Deposit & Excess

The deposit for all vehicles and vans is £150.00 payable in cash or by leaving a credit or debit card number, cheques only acceptable for advance bookings. The excess covers minor damage or theft from the vehicle, should any major damage occur or the vehicle be stolen the excess payable is £750, refundable should you be deemed not responsible for the accident.
All deposits are fully refundable on the safe return of the vehicle.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Daily hire is 24hrs from collection to return
2. Minimum rental period is 24hrs
3. All drivers must have held a licence for a minimum period of TWO years.
4. All drivers must be between the ages of Twenty-One and Seventy years.
5. All rentals include fully comprehensive, additional drivers are allowed for a small fee
6. All vehicles are covered by the RAC
7. All vehicles must be returned in a clean and tidy condition with the equal amount of fuel as at the time of hire.
8. Pets are allowed by arrangement.

Extension of Hire

Extension of hire is only by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Vehicles returned late will be subject to another days hire charge.

BREAKDOWN COVER (Summary)

In the unlikely event of a breakdown all our vehicles are covered by RAC breakdown and recovery, should you be unfortunate and this happens please contact us on the numbers provided and if you are local we will bring you another vehicle to save you the inconvenience of waiting with the vehicle.
